Description
The style of Kisdon is Nordic/Alpine, i.e. one piece of leather with minimal stitching of the upper. The boot has excellent foot and ankle support and although lightweight the Vibram sole gives good grip on a wide variety of terrain and conditions. The Kisdon is in the mountain boot category. However, it is still a very good boot for walking in Dales and hills.
The Kisdon boot is part of Altbergs ‘GFit’ range for wider feet with above average volume. The boot is made from top quality 2.6mm full grain leather which will adapt to foot shape.
SIZE & FITTING ADVICE
Volume and width of this last is much higher than average, especially around the forefoot. The footshape is asymmetric and the heel is a medium size, to keep heel support good and snug. Reduced sideways pressure on the large toe, and a wider forefoot with slightly above medium volume.
